Care Instructions

We recommend cleaning your stamps and cutters before their first use, and after every use. To clean them:

  • Hand wash only in lukewarm soapy water.

  • Gently wash with a soft cloth or brush — avoid abrasive scrubbers.

  • Allow to air dry completely before storing.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

To keep your cutters looking good:

  • Avoid hot or boiling water.

  • Do not place in the dishwasher.

  • Do not place in the microwave or oven.

  • Avoid excessive pressure or twisting, as this may damage the cutter.

Orders will generally be processed in 1-2 business days, and delivery will take 2-6 business days.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and downloading an STL file from Cozy Cutters, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product Only: This purchase is for a digital STL file only. No physical cookie cutter or stamp will be shipped.

2. Personal & Business Cookie Use: You may use the STL file to print cookie cutters and/or stamps for your own personal use or for use within your own cookie business.

3. Cookies May Be Sold: You are welcome to sell cookies created using cookie cutters and stamps printed from your purchased Cozy Cutters STL files.

4. Physical Cutters & Stamps May Not Be Sold: Cookie cutters or stamps printed from Cozy Cutters STL files are for your own use only. You may not sell, gift or commercially distribute physical cutters or stamps made using our STL files.

5. No Reselling Digital Files: STL files must not be sold, shared, gifted, uploaded, exchanged or redistributed in any digital format.

6. No File Sharing: Purchased files are licensed to the purchaser only and must not be shared with friends, family, other businesses, online groups, file-sharing websites or any other third party.

7. Design Ownership: Purchasing an STL file does not transfer ownership of the original design. All applicable rights to the original Cozy Cutters design remain with Cozy Cutters.

8. No Design Reproduction: Cozy Cutters designs must not be traced, copied, recreated or converted into another digital format for the purpose of selling, sharing or redistributing the design.

9. Printing Results: 3D printing results may vary depending on your printer, filament, slicer settings and printing experience. Cozy Cutters cannot guarantee identical results across all printers and materials.

10. Food-Safe Use: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure their filament, printer, printing process and finished product are suitable for their intended use, including any applicable food-contact requirements.

11. Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the digital nature of STL files, refunds, returns and exchanges are generally not available once the file has been supplied, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

12. File Issues: If you experience a genuine issue with your STL file, please contact Cozy Cutters so we can assist.

13. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing and downloading a Cozy Cutters STL file, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
